- The consultation time is always included, never billed on top.
- Colour and cut prices depend on hair length, density and the goal — you get the price before anything starts.
- Products are recommended brand independently. I do not sell them and earn nothing on them.
- Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand.
- Cologne appointments are quoted in euros; online sessions are billed in AUD.
