Enquiries and appointments

When you send an enquiry, we store your name, contact details, requested service, location, preferred date and message to respond and prepare your appointment. Details are processed in the booking system; Annika may receive an email notification. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Personal session page

Your personal link lets you submit photos and questionnaire answers to prepare and carry out your appointment. Please do not submit diagnoses or other sensitive health information through the website unless explicit consent is requested. Do not share your personal link with others.

External services

Fonts load from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and the Revolut payment link are external services. Their privacy policies apply when you open those links. Jitsi Meet may be used for video appointments.

Optional AI preparation

With your consent, hair goals, colour history and care concerns are processed through Lovable AI to create personal conversation prompts. This website does not permanently store your entries or result. Please omit contact details, diagnoses and sensitive health information. Preparation is optional and does not affect your booking request. Processing by the AI service and any international data transfers require legal review before publication.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and complain to a data protection authority. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. Contact the email address above.
